The Brief

Having recently acquired new business premises on one of Huddersfield’s main business parks, our clients Caterers Choice were looking for someone to refurbish the property, to create a contemporary and spacious flagship office, with high quality acoustic partitioning.

Our Approach

After meeting with our clients on-site, it became apparent that a full turn-key fit out of the current offices was required.

Collaboratively working with our client and our carefully selected team of approved contractors and suppliers, we managed each step of the project from start to finish, fully transforming the building. Regular updates and site visits ensured the project ran smoothly and key deadlines for delivery were met at each stage.

The work involved the creation of both a large open plan working space and a series of smaller ‘breakout’ offices, including a boardroom. This was achieved with the installation of new suspended ceilings, with ceiling tiles and partitions. The installation of glass and beautifully designed Acupanel partitions, created a contemporary and modern look with high quality acoustic properties.

Work also included the re-configuration of the air conditioning system and the entire property was re-wired to meet the needs of modern day working. In addition, a new test kitchen was installed, with an additional kitchenette and tea room for the staff and finally, the entire property was re-decorated – ready for moving in day!

The Result

A fabulous flagship office and facilities, which not only provides a contemporary, spacious and an enjoyable working environment for the 50 + team but is also a fabulous environment for inviting clients and suppliers.
