Adaptations

We have valuable experience collaborating with local Councils, public sector organisations, private organisations, and individuals on Disability Facility Grants (DFG) and major and minor adaptation projects, allowing those with limited abilities to live and work independently.

We offer a wide range of access and adaptation services on both public and private properties including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, outdoor areas and general living/working spaces, creating safe, clean, accessible, and secure environments.

Working independently or in collaboration with other contractors we oversee every aspect of the process and ensure that our design and construction services align with the criteria of the Disability Facility Grant (DFG) and that local accessibility codes and regulations are considered when making these modifications.

Our approach involves listening and consulting with our clients to ensure their needs are met and that the work carried out is tailored to their requirements. We use high-quality materials and processes that not only meet their immediate needs but ensure long-term durability. Delivering solutions that enable them to live, work, and relax independently without compromise.

We offer fully project-managed services that enhance mobility and ability for individuals in and around West Yorkshire. Our strong relationships with various councils, along with our extensive work in the domestic market, demonstrates our commitment to serving a diverse range of clients. So, whether it’s a close family member or someone who is joining a business with mobility needs, our experienced team will create a safe, secure and accessible place for them to live and work in.

Our work aims to enhance the homes of families and individuals living with ongoing disabilities whether government funded or funded independently.
