The Brief

To provide a ground floor, accessible wet floor shower room and bedroom for our client in their home.

Our Approach

We were appointed to deliver a new ground floor wet room and accessible bedroom space, created within the property’s existing dining room. Working from draft designs provided by Leeds City Council, we developed and refined the layout in consultation with the client to ensure it met their specific accessibility needs and personal preferences.

The project involved a full reconfiguration of the space and included the installation of a thermostatic mixer shower, shower seat, comfort height toilet, non-slip flooring, grab rails, and widened, wheelchair-accessible doorways.

We worked closely with the customer to ensure there was minimal disruption to the client’s daily routine. Our in-house team worked alongside experienced plumbers and electricians to deliver a high-quality finish throughout.
